Sharper on every athlete. Still your call.
You can’t watch every session for every athlete, and pretending otherwise is how things get missed. QuikShift scores each one against that athlete’s own history, shows you who’s drifting, and will open up any part of its working the moment you ask.
$50 a month, ten athletes or a hundred. No per-head fee, and nothing for them to pay.
How a morning actually goes
Four steps, in the order you’d do them. None of them asks you to trust a number you can’t open up.
-
Open the roster
Everyone you coach on one screen, sorted so whoever drifted furthest from their own normal is already at the top. The count in the header tells you how many need a look before you’ve read a single name.
-
Read the flag
Each athlete carries four measurements: readiness, ramp, ACWR and seven-day load. Every one shows against the range it’s normal in, with a plain sentence saying what it means. Disagreeing with one takes a second, because you can see what it was computed from.
-
Open the athlete
Fifteen analyses, already fitted to their history: load and form, dose-response, durability, efficiency, monotony and strain, anomaly detection. Each carries its slope, fit, sample size and source paper.
-
Ask the Brain
Drop the AI on any graph and it explains that graph for that athlete. Ask for a view that isn’t on the board and it assembles one. Ask it a question and the whole computed analysis is already in front of it.
Fifteen analyses, per athlete, already built
The board is fitted to each athlete's own history the moment you open them, so there’s nothing to configure, and every panel shows its working.
Where the AI stops
Most AI training tools answer from whatever they read on the open web. This one may only describe what the engine already computed from your athlete's data, and every figure it writes is checked back against that before you see it.
What it does
- Explain any graph in plain language, for this athlete
- Build a view from their data that the presets do not cover
- Answer questions with the full computed analysis in context
- Point out anomalies and trend breaks worth your attention
What it is not allowed to do
- Produce a number the engine did not compute
- Write or change a training plan
- Overrule your judgment on an athlete
- Fill a gap in the data with an estimate
Built for a roster
Coach a lot of athletes without losing the thread on any of them.
- Access you set per athlete
- Grant each one exactly the scope you need: activities, calendar planning, wellness. Revoke it whenever the working relationship ends.
- Free for the athletes you coach
- They get the whole platform at no cost, however many you have. No per-seat fee to you and no subscription to them, so nobody’s paying for the privilege of being coached.
- Notes and plans in the same place
- Leave feedback on a session, share a plan, mark an athlete checked. What you told them sits beside the data it came from, so neither of you has to reconstruct the reasoning three weeks later.
Why coaches switch
The depth of the legacy tools, without billing your athletes to get it.
