Terms of Service
Plain-language summary of the agreement to use QuikShift. The most important part: it's a training tool, not medical advice.
Not medical advice
QuikShift is a training-analysis tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. Scores, readiness, and recommended sessions are informational, not medical advice. Endurance training carries risk; consult a physician before starting or changing a program, and train at your own risk.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must meet the minimum age to use the Service.
Coaches and athletes
Athletes grant coaches access to their data and can revoke it any time. Coaches are independent users, not employees or agents of QuikShift; coaching arrangements and any fees between a coach and athlete are between those users.
Integrations
When you connect a service like Strava or Garmin, you authorize QuikShift to access your data there on your behalf; that service stays governed by its own terms.
Billing (Coach tier)
The athlete platform is free. The Coach tier is a paid auto-renewing subscription; App Store purchases are billed and refunded by Apple, web purchases by our processor. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the period.
Your data and IP
You keep ownership of your training and wellness data and grant us a license to host and process it to run the Service (see the privacy policy). Using your data to train our models is opt-in. QuikShift owns the app, software, and models.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
